National Consultation Forum 2014

HIAAM successfully conducted a National Consultation Forum for serving committee members from the Alumni Association from throughout the country. The event was held from January 17 - 18, 2014 at the Council of Churches premises in Kuala Lumpur.

It was a blessed event allowing the National Board to present the latest organizational structure, improved processes for running a National Seminar and the SOP to accompany it.

It is hoped that we will have a fruitful year in 2014 and meet our target of 20 seminars.

God bless

National Board committee

HIAAM blog & National Seminars

Dear Alumni,

Good news. HIAAM has always had a web presence for the National Board and the Alumni Association. However, these webpages were populated by the National Office. In the hope of making the dissemination of information more user-friendly and accessible for the Alumni Association branches and to make it more interactive, we are migrating over to WordPress and using blogs as our webpages. The good thing is that all the Alumni Associations are now linked through the same blog space and it is easier to keep up with the alumni living throughout Malaysia and the activites of the Alumni Association.

Great news. As everyone has been very pensive about the recent GE 13, the dust is slowly settling. And what a opportune moment for the alumni to stoke up the embers and resume the activity on the National Seminar front. To date we have 9 National Seminars scheduled, organized by 8 of the AA's. So it is the best time to encourage your Church leaders and friends to join us to be further equipped as effective leaders and witnesses in the market-place and the community.

Look us up at our new url http://www.hiaam.org/wp for the blog pages while the webpage http://www.hiaam.org will continue to host limited information.

God bless.

Dr Benjamin George Jr
National President
